Tips on How to Apply Avon Matte Eyeshadow

Avon Celebrity Makeup Artist Lauren Andersen shows you how to create a spring makeup look featuring blue eye shadow as seen on the runway.

She is using blue shades of the Avon True Color Matte Eyeshadow Quad in Tranquility.

  1. Start by applying the #2 light blue shade
  2. With flat brush on the lids, begin at the crease and work your way down to the lash line
  3. Be generous as you press it into the eyelid
  4. Apply the same #2 light blue shade on the lower lash line to achieve a wash of color
  5. Apply the #3 shade on the outer corners of the eyes
  6. Layer the #4 dark blue shade over the #3 shade on the outer corners of the eyes
  7. To create a round shape, brush the #3 and #4 shades into the inner corners of the eyes
  8. Finish this eye look by adding an Avon Mascara

  • NICE COLORS - Rated 5 stars - 3/14/16 I love the colors!
  • LOVE THIS EYESHADOW! - Rated 5 stars - 3/9/16 - I own a lot of the eyeshadow quads, and they are the best shadows I've ever used. I'm thrilled that the line of matte shadows have been introduced, because I feel matte is best for someone in my age group (55+) The colors are true and long lasting. Please bring on more colors!
  • ONE OF EACH PLEASE! - Rated 5 stars - 3/5/16 I currently have 5 different color combo's of the True Color Quad. You put it on and it stays put. The color combos look great on the eye. Love this product
